The company is seeking suitably qualified and experienced professionals to join the factory teams in the Australian operations located in Melbourne, Victoria and Brisbane, Queensland. These key positions will have overall responsibility for production, quality, safety, human relations and planning of a manufacturing plant.

The role of Plant Manager requires exceptional leadership and motivational skills to ensure maximum operational efficiency and continual improvement of all personnel, systems and plant.

The successful applicants must be able to demonstrate an absolute commitment to safety and quality management. Previous successful management of a business unit’s operational profitability and competent financial reporting skills are considered essential.

While tertiary qualifications in Ceramic Engineering  or another discipline will be well regarded, a proven track record as a results oriented business manager in a technically advanced Brickmaking operations or similar environment is essential.
